This is a good baby monitor that is easy to use & reliable. The craftsmanship of the monitor is fairly good. It is made of good quality components, including a large HD color screen, an effective speaker and mic, and simple to use controls. The wide angle lens, pan and tilt capabilities, and zoom feature make it easy to see everything in the room. Using the uncomplicated controls it's easy to navigate the menu system and adjust settings. The speaker produces clear sound, and the two way intercom works well and helps calm our child. I really like the VOX mode, which also significantly extends the battery life. The battery lasts for roughly 24hrs.The reliability of this monitor is very good. The long lasting battery and strong wireless connection have never failed us. I feel comfortable knowing our child is safe while using this monitor.Overall, this is a good quality baby monitor that looks like the pictures and works as described.

Ok, I want to preface this by first stating that this product impressed me more than I initially though it would. I was not previously aware of this brand, but was very interested in testing this out. This device is very easy to set up and practically fool proof in my opinion. Ok, so what do we get with this?.....This product ships in a professionally printed, retail style box. Opening the securely packed box reveals our two main components. I was pleased to see that USB power adapters are included along with an wall mounting kit (you can use that as an option if you wish). I was struck by the decent build quality of the both the Panning Camera module itself and the proprietary Control Pad with the integrated display. The control pad has a nice clean look and the control buttons feel ok but not the best I have seen with this types of products. The pad feels sturdy and durable enough for its expected use, but I am not sure how it hold up to a hard drop from a few feet off the ground (I do not want to test that hypothetical..haha)Now, more on the control pad.. It has a 5" Colour LCD Display. It is actually not 1080p. They are still referring to it as "HD", which is technically correct as it is 720p. While it could be better, the display provides for very good images from the Panning Camera (just not 1080p). I am not going to fault this too much as for the screen image size we are dealing with here (5 inch diagonal) 720p resolution is more than adequate and looks ok. To clarify, this is NOT a Touch Panel display, but it does not need to be. All of the control functions are contained in the buttons and pad to the right hand side of the display. They have a tactile feel (although a bit spongy feel) and they respond well. Here you will find buttons for power, zoom, volume, two-way talk feature, and of course a directional or D-Pad in order to control the panning movement of the Camera Module lens. The Panning Camera module is a compact, but very nicely designed mechanism. It's equipped with a 350 degree panning lens according to the specs. This camera still offers a pretty decent overall field of view. Camera image quality is acceptable both in daylight as well as night viewing mode. The Camera Module also incorporates a grey scale image for night viewing. Now, I want to get back to a point I made in my opening parargraph about this being basically a foolproof, easy to set up solution. There is NO WIFI to worry about or even required! You do NOT need internet or an active network in order to use this product. It is all a "self contained system" so to speak and the Camera Module communicates directly with the Control Pad. There is NO APP whatsoever to be concerned with and no hacking or privacy issues to worry about in the back of your mind. Again, there is NO Smarphone, APP, or WiFi required at all with this! The maker claims up to 300m (or 1,000ft) operating range with the Camera and control unit. While I have not been able to verify that claim which seems overly optimistic, I can definitely confirm that this system works well within a couple hundred feet within our household and out to the backyard patio. Therefore, if you want to go outside briefly to get some gardening or yard work done.... or even just relax on the back patio with a coffee, you can feel reasonably confident that you will be able to check in on baby and offer some soothing words of comfort and reaasurrance if they startle for a moment or two. I have not had any real issues of connectivity being dropped in the few weeks that I have been trying this out. Again though, to be clear I made no real attempts to "max" out the claimed range as I had no specific need to in my case. I honestly dont feel you should EVER be up to 1,000ft away from your baby in any event?Battery Life is quite good. I have not confirmed the maker claim of 12 full hours of streaming streaming as I like to plug in to recharge later in the day which is just a habit of mine as I dont like forgeting and having something not last the next day. I have verified about 10 full hours of straight operation, but I really have no reason to doubt the maker's 12 hour spec. I am not certain what the actual mAh rating of the battery is.There is also a useful sensor function that will display the baby's immediate enviroment and let you know in realtime what the actual temperature is. This is nice feature that I really appreciate. Additionally, you can connect up to a total of 4 cameras in one system if you have a need for that and there is also a really nice "lullaby" feature with 9 preprogammed tunes for some soothing sounds.Overall, I have to say that is a good product and basically functions as described in the listing. It has decenbt build quality, appears stable and reliable in my testing so far and is very easy to set up and operate after a very short learning curve. The Control Pad is very easy to use and the button functions are clearly marked. I even think Grandma and GrandPa should be able to handle this just fine when they are visiting. Remember that this is an all in one system and NO Internet, WiFi or Smartphone is required. I feel that the current regular listing price of $169.99 may be a touch high, but this unit does function quite well. I am satisfied with giving this a rating of 4 out of 5 at this point. Now, there are certainly a LOT of these kinds of products on Amazon, but I feel this one is worthy of being on your list of possible considerations.

Decent baby video monitor. Comes with a pan, tilt, zoom camera that's easy to control with the app. Comes with a LCD monitor so you don't need to always use an app. 2 way communication and room temperature displayed. Video quality isn't the greatest compared to todays standard, but better than the video monitor I had for my first kid in 2015.
Realistic Reviews
I love that this product comes with a separate monitor so I don't actually have to use my phone to see the video feed. It seems like most monitors being released now rely on an app on your phone to actually use them, so it's incredibly nice that this one doesn't. The camera quality for this baby monitor isn't the most revolutionary one out there and the quality isn't the most amazing. Both the audio and video aren't high quality, but they're good enough that you know what is going on. Based on my experiences with this, the range on this seems to be perfectly acceptable. I can get a good signal basically anywhere I go in the house. The temperature monitoring is also a nice addition, although entirely unnecessary. This monitor does everything well enough that I can't really complain. It has some features I enjoy, so all things considered, this is a pretty good product.
Honestly I Think
It is a camera to monitor your baby. It is true, there is a noise, but consider it a white noise, it is a sound that definitely does not bother. And this is normal, it is logical that you want to hear absolutely everything around your baby. If your baby moves, if he cries, if he starts to cough, etc. You even have the option to turn the volume up or down.- You can rotate 360 degrees and see around you.Really, in my particular case, I had no problem. I thought it was a good product. The only disadvantage that I could consider, and that is not why my experience is less.- You need the monitor to connect to the camera, you can't use your phone, so you don't need wifi, just monitor frequency. It's true, you can't change the frequency, but you don't need to.- It can't be recorded, although it says it right, it's just a monitor. This functionality would be great.

This bbluv Camera and monitor came very well packaged in a gifting box.It worked immediately, I didn't even have to pair it.It is easy to operate the menu from the monitor screen. I really like that it has its own monitor, phone monitors leave when mom & dad go out, therefore no monitor for the babysitter. Monitor has a 5 inch screen.Everything included (even 2 USB wall plugs). The cords on both are a generous length.Has all the bells and whistles of others eg. room temperature, 2 way communication etc.Camera operation was great, easily moved around. The one picture of the monitor screen shows the TV in a front second floor bedroom while the monitor was on the first floor at the back of the house, so range was good and picture clear. The negative. The battery doesn't last that long when unplugged.Currently reasonably priced at $169.98.

Great monitor at a premium price. The tilt control is silky and smooth. Quality price ratio is very good. The motion detection is on point, it detect movement on any slight change. The speaker are a bit noisy and not really clear, but enough to hear the main concerns. The night vision tend to switch on automatically when the room isn't even dark. All in all, worth it.

Just got this today so my opinion might change depending on durability and/or other needs that I haven’t realized yet but so far, I’m loving this monitor! The design is modern and sleek and the screen is a really good size! I was using a Motorolla one before but had to replace it and I looked for many brands but they either didn’t do what I needed it to do, or had terrible reviews or were way too expensive. This one is affordable, allows more than one camera, split screen (haven’t tried with more than one camera yet) and I love that it pans almost 360°! Also love that it has the time on the screen, so we don’t have to pick up our phones to check the time of we hear anything in the middle of the night!

It has a very clear picture, the only problem is the battery doesn,t hold for a reasonable time
