Legal Warranty Policy

At Groupe Bbluv Inc, we are committed to providing high-quality products that meet the industry's highest standards. As part of our commitment to complete customer satisfaction, we offer a legal warranty that protects buyers against manufacturing defects and hidden defects.


1. Warranty Duration: All our products are covered by a legal warranty for a period of one (1) year from the date of initial purchase.


2. Coverage: This warranty covers any manufacturing defect or hidden defect that affects the normal functionality or performance of the product. It does not apply to damage resulting from misuse, negligence, unauthorized modification, accident, commercial use, or any other situation beyond the control of Groupe Bbluv Inc.


3. Remedy: In the event of a defect covered by this warranty, Groupe Bbluv Inc agrees to repair or replace the defective product, at its discretion, at no additional cost to the customer. If repair or replacement is not possible, Groupe Bbluv Inc may offer a fair refund based on the product's residual new value.


4. Claim Procedure: To benefit from this warranty, the customer must provide valid proof of purchase. Claims must be submitted by email within the time limits specified by the applicable legislation and according to the procedures specified by Groupe Bbluv Inc. Products must be returned in their original packaging (if possible) with all included accessories.


5. Limitations: This legal warranty is in addition to consumer legal rights and does not restrict them. To the extent permitted by law, Groupe Bbluv Inc disclaims all liability for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products.

Warranty exceptions

The warranty does not cover:
• Damages caused by normal wear and tear
• Defects resulting from repair or alteration of the product (except if made by bblüv Group.)
• Defects resulting from improper use, including any use or care not in accordance with the product instructions
• Defects resulting from improper storage, such as outdoors or in damp environments
• Products that are re-sold, given away, or in any other case where you are not the first and original owner
• Products without receipt or proof of purchase
• Products that are not purchased through an authorized retailer


How long until I get a response on my warranty claim?

Upon reception of your e-mail, which must include your name, complete address, phone number, product name, lot number, a copy of your proof of purchase and a description of the defect (including pictures), our Customer Service team will answer within 7-10 business days.
After a complete analysis of the situation/product defect, a credit, refund or replacement will be issued within 3-5 business days. Depending on the product and shipping address, it may take additional 2-15 business days to receive your replacement.
