Ma tente avait 3 défauts après la 2ième utilisation. Un velcro décousu, un qui s'éffiloce et une partie dans le bas de la tente qui se défait. J'ai contacté le service à la clientèle, très mauvais service. Je me suis fait dire que l'usure était normal, bref j'ai dit que j'étais déçu d'apprendre que 2 utilisations et 3 pièces qui se brisent est considéré normal. La tente a été utilisé par un enfant de 5 mois... une nouvelle personne du service a repris le flambeau de la conversation s'excusant du service reçu qu'effectivement ce n'était pas normal. Jusque là j'apprécie on me propose échange ou remboursement. Je choisi remboursement vu la qualité de service mentionnant que j'appréciais l'effort pour rattrapé la situation. J'ai demandé comment procèdé pour le retour de la tente et le remboursement. Depuis maintenant 12 jours je suis sans nouvelle et sans remboursement. J'ai pourtant depuis relancé 2 fois. Très déçu que c'est le service offert par une compagnie québéquoise. C'est suffisant pour que je n'achète plus rien. Pourtant j'avais eu de bon commentaire.

This product is exactly as described. We used it in cottage country to keep out little girl bug free (unlike us). She had a great time looking at the little toys and we were able to interact with her through the bug net.

This tent was the item on my baby registry that I didn't know I needed. Luckily, a family member got it for us and it is amazing! I am now recommending it to all of my pregnant friends as a must! I love the UV protection and net for bugs which is important where we live (the mesh could be a bit smaller but will keep out bees, hornets, flies, etc.) Padding is nice and soft for little ones to roll around and I love how small it folds up when you are not using it. Love, love, love this tent!

Assembling was super easy, just a little tougher to put it back in the travel bag. But offers great protection from sun and bugs for baby! Very happy with our purchase, and happy to be able to take our baby outside more often with this product. Easy to travel with as it weighs very little.

I purchased this tent for my 2 month old, to have a place to bring him with me outside in our yard that keeps him protected from the sun and the bugs! We have been using this tent daily since it arrived and once we can travel to the beach or parks we will bring it with us as it is super light weight and convenient to carry with you. We had tried another tent but he likes this one and the dangling toys are a nice added feature to keep him entertained. Will get lots of use out of this!
